Terms of Service

1. The services

Vaughn Co. Contracting Services provides residential and commercial contracting, outdoor project management, and emergency storm damage response, along with a digital portal for managing projects, quotes, invoices, warranties, and partner coordination.

2. Subscriptions and free trial

• Plans: Starter at $500/month and Pro at $10,000/month, billed monthly.
• Each plan includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial.
• You can cancel anytime from the portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Plan inclusions are described on the pricing page and may be updated with notice.

3. On-site work

Subscriptions cover access to scheduling, the portal, and base coordination. Specific projects (materials, labor over included hours, permits) are quoted separately and itemized in your invoices. All work is performed by licensed and insured personnel.

4. Warranty

Workmanship warranties are issued per project and tracked in the portal. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials per the manufacturer's terms.

5. Emergency response

The 24/7 emergency line is for active storm or property emergencies. Response time targets are best-effort and may be affected by widespread events.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the portal, attempt to access accounts that aren't yours, or submit fraudulent service requests. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaughn Co.'s aggregate liability for any claim related to the subscription portal is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. On-site contracting work is governed by the signed project agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
